General order flow
- 01 Agency issues RFQ/RFI through the SEWP QRT (recommended) or directly to contract holder
- 02 TechTrend submits a compliant quote within the requested timeframe
- 03 Agency evaluates and places a delivery order directly with TechTrend
- 04 TechTrend fulfills and reports the order per SEWP PMO requirements

Fair Opportunity
FAR 16.505(b)(1) requires that each contract holder be given fair opportunity to be considered for orders exceeding the applicable threshold under multiple-award contracts. The Contracting Officer determines the method used to ensure fair opportunity and documents the rationale for order placement and pricing. Use of the SEWP online QRT is the NASA SEWP Program Office's recommended method, as it automatically includes all contract holders within a selected category/group or a suggested source.
